The newly formed Heroin/Opiate Task Force of Mercer County held it’s first open public meeting on Monday, June 20, 2016 at Capital Health Medical Center – Hopewell. The task force introduced itself to the residents of Mercer County last night. Dr. Seeta Arjun of InFocus Urgent Care introduced the task force members and presented the mission statement of the task force.
Robbinsville Police Detective Scott Kivet and Mercer County Acting Proscecutor Angelo J. Onfri, and members of the Heroin/Opiate Task Force Of Mercer County addressed the meeting on the current heroin/opiate epidemic.
